Oceana Towers and Oceana Casa del Mar are residential complexes and therefore our guests must adhere to rules and regulations of the community, in order that everyone may enjoy their visit and have a great time while in Rosarito.
           
Check-in time is 3:00 pm
If you check in after 5:00pm, you will have to pay cash at the complex entrance.

Check-out time is 12:00  Noon
If you stay after check out time, there will be a charge of $20.00 Dlls per extra hour taken out of your deposit.

There is a charge of $100.00 Dlls refundable deposit that has to be paid upon arrival

Reservations and visitors policy

• You have to confirm your reservation 36 hours prior to arrival
• Reservations not confirmed, will be cancelled
• For reasons that may be  out of our control (like renovating, emergency repairs, etc.), we cannot guarantee that we will have a particular condo available, even if you reserved in advance, though we will do our best to accommodate.
• Only registered guests are allowed into the complex
• No visitors are permitted for short-term renters, even if you offer to pay (this is for your own security)
• Long-term rentals of more than thirty days will require that renter be responsible for their own utilities bills.

List of maximum guests per condo allowed and a suggested number of guests for comfortable sleeping
1 Bedroom max 4 guests, sleeps comfortably 2
2 Bedroom max 6 guests, sleeps comfortably 4
3 Bedroom max 8 guests, sleeps comfortably 6
4 Bedroom max 10 guests, sleeps comfortably 8

Secure your vehicle when you park your car. Although we have a gated entrance and 24 hour security, Rosarito Inn Condominium Hotel Suites is not responsible for any losses in the parking lots, including theft of vehicle.

Rules and Regulations:

• Guests should be prepared to show identification at the gate used to go in/out of the complex parking and when using the pool & Jacuzzi.
• Maximum number of guest (including children) allowed in the unit depends on  capacity of condominium as listed above.
• One car per unit is allowed to park on the upper level in the complex.


• Pool & Jacuzzi hours & rules posted at the pool.
• Children must be supervised by an adult while they are in the pool area.
• No one younger than 16 allowed in the Jacuzzi at any time.
• No thong type bathing suits or nudity of any kind.
• No bottles or glass allowed around the pool & common areas.


• Persons playing with the elevator are subject to immediate fine.
• BBQ cooking not allowed on the balconies (use club house area)
• Loud & offensive behavior is prohibited.
• Noisy activities (loud music or radio, loud group gatherings) are not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
• Fireworks must be 100 mts away from the building & not after 10:00 p.m.
• No fireworks on the property, on the balconies or on Oceana’s beach.
